1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "19wowph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 19wowph online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://19wowph.org.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 19wowph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 19wowph platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 19wowph website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, sabong streams, and sports betting markets available on 19wowph.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by 19wowph.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by 19wowph and applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 19wowph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 19wowph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 19wowph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 19wowph or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 19wowph or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

19wowph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided and forfeited.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 19wowph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account if any information changes. 19wowph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and 19wowph shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

• Notify 19wowph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account or allow another person to use yours.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

19wowph reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

19wowph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• 19wowph reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

19wowph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 19wowph accepts no responsibility. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

6 Bonuses and Promotions

19wowph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 19wowph promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• 19wowph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• 19wowph reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 19wowph are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.

By participating in any game on 19wowph, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as published within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before wagering.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 19wowph will not reverse a bet on the grounds that you misunderstood the rules or placed the bet in error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 19wowph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account.
• For sports betting markets, 19wowph reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error or where the integrity of the event is in question.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 19wowph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 19wowph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 19wowph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 19wowph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 19wowph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

19wowph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted, 19wowph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

19wowph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 19wowph account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.

12 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your 19wowph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

19wowph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 19wowph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including Real Money Balance, where permitted by applicable law.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 19wowph platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 19wowph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 19wowph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

19wowph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 19wowph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
